To whom much has been given, much is required. At Alizé Ventures, we believe that there is a real need in our world today for businessmen and women who give back not only money, but also time and knowhow, to the global community of which they are an integral part.

Corporately, Alizé surveys the globe for underserved niches where we believe we can bring both capital and our business acumen to bear in order to effect real and sustainable change. One of our current focuses is assisting the poor in developing countries (www.capaxworld.org).We recognize that the world's poor are quite resilient given the hands they have been dealt in life. We are committed to helping these capable, resourceful individuals support their families and improve their communities.

Cueva de las Manos (Cave of the Hands) Patagonia region, Argentina, circa 9000 BC. Notice that most of the hands depicted are left hands suggesting that the hunter-gatherers used their dominant hand to hold the bone pipe to blow on
the pigmentation. Also, the small size of the hand prints suggests that this was a ritual marking a boy's advancement into manhood.
