Jim Ameduri, Managing Partner

Jim Ameduri is the CEO and managing partner of Alize Ventures. His broad background and extensive experience in leading and building companies, understanding the ebb and flow of capital markets, and investing globally add value to the companies of which he is a part.

Prior to establishing his own firm in 1992, Jim worked as a financier and investment manager, including time at Dean Witter Reynolds and First Interstate Bank, NA. Since 1992, he has built, managed and sold a succession of operating businesses and has structured business transactions for partner and affiliates' capital around the globe. His restructure work has often focused on operations and capital efficiency, and managing turbulent periods of company growth, acquisition or decline.

Jim is chairman of the board for Capax World, a nonprofit focused on sustainable solutions to global poverty, and is a director of the Arizona State University Foundation Investment Committee and the Arizona Community Foundation (serving on the Investment and Special Assets Committees)
